About the farm
Built so tropical kitchens never run short
Almost every tropical vegetable, snail and dried fish sold in Canada is imported — expensive, and stripped of nutrients by long chemical and logistics chains. We grow ours here in Ontario instead.
Federally incorporated in 2022, we operate 16 acres of greenhouses in East Garafraxa, serving stores, restaurants and households across Ontario, with online orders to other provinces and processing planned as we grow.

Greenhouse Vegetable Farming
Year-round greenhouse cultivation of tropical leafy vegetables on 10 acres, so produce is available even out of season.
Snail Production
Achatina snails reared on 2 acres under controlled greenhouse conditions and sold at edible adult stage.
Dried Fish Production
Catfish and tilapia raised on 3.5 acres of ponds, then harvested, dried and sold as dried fish.
Supply to Tropical Stores
Wholesale supply of Canada-grown organic produce to tropical grocery stores across Ontario, replacing costly imports.
Restaurant & Foodservice Supply
Consistent, scheduled supply of vegetables, snails and dried fish to tropical restaurants and caterers.
